We had an emergency situation due to our dog's accident and this company came out on short notice and did an excellent job cleaning it and getting the stain out. He even called the next day to ensure the stain didn't come back after the carpet dried. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning!

Chris came out to clean my carpets before I moved out of my place and he was very easy to work with and did a great job! He was very attentive and of course got the stains out from my dog and it honestly looked better than when I first moved in! Will definitely use them again for any carpet cleaning needs!

Flood and Mold, not things you ever want to do deal with, but Chris is patient, prompt and very, very educated about what are the best solutions (MOST IMPORTANTLY, for your problem). Chris even teaches and that is what always impressed me the most, that even though they are in the MUCK a lot, they both have a teachers heart. This helps you get through the most stressful time with a lot less fears and a lot more information. I have worked with them several times (unfortunately, but fortunately I know them), and would recommend Revolution Restoration and Cleaning to anyone when their situation is dire.
Chris came out at about midnight when my girlfriend walked down to our basement around our carpet to be soaked and even floating in water in some spots. He was at our home with in an hour of us calling him with a cheerful attitude and ready to help. Which was extremely needed in our very stressful situation. He explained his knowledge of the problem were having and got to work right away. not only did he have a van with a carpet machine to suck up the water but also had another pump sucking up water in the deeper places. After he used fans to dry our carpet top and bottom, all we lost was our carpet pad and some wet drywall and insulation. on top of everything he also had a crew to start putting everything back together for us almost immediately. Chris at revolution restoration and cleaning was truly a life saver with hard work, great customer service and an incredible attitude even with the late time and large load of work. Definitely will not call anyone else and now we have him out twice a year to do our carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning and clean our air ducts before we turn the furnace on in the winter and when we turn our a/c on in the summer. He even does our dryer vent clean out when he does our air ducts. Just a truly amazing company and guy. I would highly recommend him and his company for any size flood, mold, fire, smoke and mildew damage, as well as carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, air ducts and dryer vent cleaning and he has a rebuild and remodeling team at his disposal. Definitely a perfect one stop shop!
This is a picture of the house we bought. Planned on removing and replacing with hardwood but decided after buying the house and spending our money in closing to try and save it and Chris completely transformed it! You can definitely see the clean and dirty sides.

Chris was super patient with me when I had to reschedule twice! He really was dedicated to getting my business and made sure he was available for the times I needed him. He and his colleague Jason demonstrated superb work ethic, and worked late into the night with positive and focused attitudes. They both are very knowledgeable and were even able to repair a hole in the drywall that I had! Overall, I am very very satisfied with their work, and will be using them for any services I may need in the future.
